Dr. Robert George

MBBS MS GradCert FRACS — Breast Surgery, Surgical Oncology and Emergency Surgery

Dr George completed Medical School in 2007 as the University Medallist. After graduation he sought out experience in a variety of medical fields and subsequently focused on Surgical Training. His training was based at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney.

During this time, he completed a Masters of Surgery and undertook a Scientific PhD in Stockholm, Sweden in 2017.

Robert was awarded his Fellowship by the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2020. He then completed three additional sub-specialty Fellowships in Emergency Surgery, Breast Surgery and Melanoma-Sarcoma-Endocrine surgery.

In addition to clinical work, Dr George continues to participate in medical research. He is a senior lecturer at the University of Sydney Medical School and Board Examiner.

He believes in delivering high quality care via an approachable and personalised framework.
